Our firm provides a more comprehensive boundary survey than most firms in that we search for, recover, and evaluate all field evidence related to establishing the position of the Client’s boundary lines. We then provide a detailed map of our survey showing all encroachments, fences etc. The licensed surveyor is actually in the field evaluating all of the evidence and supervising the work.
Land Development
We have assisted our Client’s in dividing their land into parcels for development. These projects range from helping a family settle their family’s estate by dividing their parents property into equitable parcels for the siblings, to major housing development projects.
Mr. Sage has also been personally involved as a partner in the development of subdivisions and site condominiums. From these experiences we know how to expedite a project and we are time sensitive to the bureaucratic processes.
